BIM – design – an integrated approach to the construction of a virtual model of a building with its saturation with detailed project information. All project participants have real-time access to the project file – enabling optimization of the design process.
Drafting – according to the relevant standards – DIN (Germany), ADA (USA), DBN (Ukraine).
Visualization – creation of a 3D model of a space as close as possible to reality for the evaluation of its physical and technical features, choice of materials, and other important elements. A distinctive feature of our 3D-models is close bundling of Revit-3ds Max, which allows project participants to automatically get the current stage documentation when making changes to the object.
Working with Point Cloud – creation of a BIM model based on the data obtained during 3D scanning of an existing object.
Architectural design – creation of conceptual solutions for residential and non-residential buildings and structures; drafting, and maintenance of objects.
Dynamo – creation of scripts for optimizing work and managing information about a projected building.
Consulting – we provide comprehensive project support and the necessary set of services for municipal approvals and permits to start construction and commissioning of objects.
